The letter has been written for a long time, patiently waiting for me to mail it. I’ve been nervous of no response. Afraid of a ‘no’ response.
But it’s time. I am mailing letters to some residents of 923 Oak introducing them to the project and asking them to participate. I’m sending just a handful to start, to 923 Oaks in places I am connected to in some way and carry special meaning to me.
I know: it’s all a little strange. The first few residents to agree to sign up will be the brave ones — opening themselves up because they may be able to see a glimmer of what might come of this.
I have no idea how this will turn out. But I think it could be something great.
